15,000 MILE SERVICE - OIL SERVICE ("A" SERVICE): $340 TO $375

Change engine oil (full synthetic or semi-synthetic depending on mileage) and OEM filter.
Add one bottle of Jectron (fuel system cleaner) to the fuel tank.
Add one bottle of Ventil Sauber (intake valve cleaner) to the fuel tank.
Reset the service indicator.
Scan all vehicle control modules via factory Mercedes SDS, BMW GT1, or Porsche PST2, and print report.
Inspect brake system components and make recommendations.
Inspect engine drive belts and make recommendations.
Inspect engine air filter and make recommendations.
Inspect for fluid leaks and make recommendations.
Inspect tire condition and make recommendations.
Set tire pressure to the proper PSI.
Clean all windows.
Add A/C duct cleaner to the interior air vents.
Apply Cockpit Cleaner (does not contain silicone) to the interior plastic and rubber parts.
Vacuum and remove stains from carpets.

30,000 MILE SERVICE - MAJOR ENGINE SERVICE ("B" SERVICE): $800 to $1200 depending on vehicle
* OLDER MERCEDES 'A' AND 'B' SERVICES DIFFER FROM THE NEWER FSS+ SERVICES. MERCEDES FSS+
VEHICLES WILL NEED TO VISIT OUR FACILITY, SO THE TECHNICIAN CAN ACCESS THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER
TO DETERMINE WHICH SERVICE IS DUE.

50,000 MILE TRANSMISSION SERVICE - AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS: $400 to $700 depending on vehicle

Replacement of the the transmission filter.
Replacement of the pan gasket.
Replacement of the conductor plate coupler (Mercedes only).
Flush out of the old ATF.
Fill the transmission with the factory ATF.

DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES: $56.25 to $225 depending on the issue

MIL lights, fluid leaks, unusual noises, climate control issues, drivability issues (steering, suspension, engine, transmission),
engine cooling system issues, convenience feature issues, and more.

WARRANTY OR INSURANCE CLAIMS: $56.25 to $225 depending on amount of "red tape"

This charge covers our time that we spend on initiating and handling the warranty or insurance claim (phone calls, faxing,
e-mailing, etc.). This charge is based on the average warranty/insurance claim collectively adding up to one hour at our
shop rate.
Factory warrany claims must be taken up with an authorized dealer.
